Lectures of Section 4

  • Dilnoza Shaumarova, Belgium

Senses and Meditation. Human centered Innovation.

Sense is the most ancient and a primary organ in the body to perceive the world. Tapping on it and working with it means acting directly at our psychological and behaviour pattern. We focus on five traditional senses: vision, audition, gustation, olfaction, and somatosensation. The training and lecture is built upon psychoanalytical and physiological construction of the Human Senses, further interrelated with PNI (Psychoneuroimmunology) that studies how mood affect behaviour. We research together the correlation inside individual behaviour between movement, games and cognitive function. This helps understanding us in correlation with the businesses that we develop and people that we work with. Empathy building sessions helps understanding ever changing need, thus helping to fast prototype solutions that are urgent and actual.
